Glitches, better known as bugs, are faults in the system. Glitches are common in computers, electronics, video games and all types of systems. One of the well-known glitches is in the video game Zelda.
Zelda had numerous amounts of glitches that made this game so popular. While playing the game you would run into different obstacles that would set you back a few minutes before going forward. Because of these glitches, Ephraim225 has documented the original classic, The Legend of Zelda on YouTube. Although the writers of Zelda continued improving the game they still found themselves troubled with glitches.
Another very popular game is Super Mario Brothers. One of the glitches in Super Mario Bros. was The Minus World; you had to pass through a wall near the World 1-2 exit due to a glitch. You would have to start all over again before you could complete the game. The glitch was fixed in the All Stars remaking and in Super Mario Bros. Deluxe. In 1993, Nintendo released an enhanced SNES titled Super Mario All-Stars. It is the combination of all the Super Mario Bros. games. It has improved graphics and sound to match the SNES's 16-bit game play. The new version also had several glitches from the original NES release that were also fixed.
In the mid 1980's and 90's the Japanese also put out a couple versions of their own and call it Super Mario Bros.2 and All Night Nippon. Several glitches that had appeared were also fixed.
As the years past, compact discs were incorporated to the computer age and as we know the glitches had continued to play havoc with the world of music as well as video game.
